Where to get a Manual CCT?
Hi, i really got a feeling that it's my CCT that is wrong, so can anyone tell me where i can get a manual one from EUROPE? Has to be europe or else it's very expensive taxes and shipping is like 45$...
I have tried to find any, but i can only find the APE and that can only be bought from US. |

Installed one on my ninja 250r 2008, fixed the clicking noise I was getting from the cam chain. I have pics if you guys want to see it installed.

My only issue is that I have a pregen and there are only rumors of the CCT fitting both the newgen and pregen. But I would like to see it

I got mine from Orient Express
A note in installation. When you are putting tension on the cam chain, do not use tools...just use your hands. Then use a wrench to to tighten the locknut.

Surprisingly my OEM was shot. It also makes reinstallation of a CCT a breeze instead of the whole process of trying to wind back the spring load on it while tightening.

alright i'll give you that. the whole wind back and then bolt on thing is annoying. but adjusting the mcct on the zx6 is such a massive pain in the ass. never tried on the 250, seems like it would be easier being where it is on the 250

For the convenience of it the $60 or so was well worth it. The OEM cam chain tensioner breaking down on me was more reason to do it.

It's a small package that can fit in a padded envelope or box...you can probably see if someone here in the US will buy it for you and ship it. You may just need to pay them back costs plus shipping (and maybe a small tip for the trouble).
