What Anime are you watching now?
I'm very picky when it comes to Anime. But I just recently got into Fate/Zero.
So far really digging the storyline. And the regulars of course are Bleach and Naruto.

Whatever Adult Swim decides for me.
Think I'm on my 12th round of Cowboy Bebop.

I have a small collection of stuff(Cowboy Bebop, Samurai X, Robotech to name a few...) I like but I havent seen any new anime recently... I've been making my way thru tv stuff like Walking Dead n Twin Peaks.
Netflix has a big collection of anime but I have had a hard time getting into anything since it all seems to be remixes of the same old stuff |

I'm not watching any anime right now but I'm giving XXX Holic to a friend for Christmas.
<3 I think I've watched the series through ~4 times. I'll probably watch it once a year. Samurai Champloo is my second favourite directly after Cowboy Bebop. |

Haven't watched anime in years, but I loved Cowboy Bebop, Paranoia Agent and Full Metal Alchemist. Don't ask me to rank them, they were all amazing in their own right.
I just picked up a Netflix subscription, hopefully I can catch up to these new shows all you kids are watching

Deathnote was decent at best... I really liked it when I first saw it and when I was still relying on japanese teens doing terrible sub jobs on the episodes... But Ive seen a lot better anime since.... Im still working on bleach... Ill never finish that it seems Im watching Witchblade right now. I generally have an anime show I watch on netflix but before witchblade I got busy watching Battle Star Galactica then I got hooked on Breaking Bad... so anime got put on the back burner... except initial D... watched that with my wife. we loved it. but yeah that claymore and Basalisk have been my most recent series Ive watched. And I rewatched FMA, Devil May Cry, Black Blood Brothers, and finished Blood+ (started in college never finished till now)

Agreed. Apparently the manga was great. I lost interest in the animated series after the first season.

I did the same thing as you. We're almost caught up with Breaking Bad. Such a good show. I'm about halfway through season 4. Been following dexter too. This season overall was sort of meh. But the season finale (well, the last 5 seconds) was absolutely intense. I cannot wait to see how season 7 opens up...

I need to get season four of breaking bad so bad! I watched 1-3 on netflix, but I need to DL season four or something for sure. Bleach seemed like a chore to watch so i pretty much ended up stopping. Im enjoying witchblade so far. It hasnt been anything to incredible that blew my mind like Hellsing, or Devil Lady, but its been entertaining. I think Hellsing has been hands down one of my favorite series... as far as more adultish anime. DBZ and yu yu hakasho will always be pretty awesome younger anime.

I have been watching bleach a lot lately, and it is a chore sometimes especially when they stick in stupid fillers(although the zanpacktou filler wasn't too bad). Naruto is also a regular (in japanese), but I usually end up reading the manga. I finally watched the end movie to gundam 00 which was one of the weirdest things I have ever seen in a gundam anime (wing gundam is still my favorite). Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood is one of my all time favorites as well as code geass. Death note was really good to me but I can't watch it over and over, it loses its draw. Witchblade was good but it ended on a really flat note for me and they could have done a lot more from what I've seen of the american comic it is based on. Need to get caught up on some initial D though, that was also one of my favorites. I read the mangas too for some of these series and sometimes just stick to the manga cause they add way to many fillers and fluff to the animes.

I just remember that it only took him like 10 minutes to make the spirit bomb against frieza whereas in the original it took around 5 episodes

this is true, but they took out way to much of the violence. thats where the time has been cut too. You dont see holes blown out of people, and sometimes it doesnt even show them being struck by energy blasts on DBZ KAI. I hate it.

Fell behind on Bleach and Naruto. I started just reading the manga because of the fillers.
I haven't been into anime lately as I have no time for anything anymore oddly...

Yes, I can't wait until the next episode. I really enjoy their OSTs.
IMHO, I really think anime has been in decline in terms of its quality, it's synonymous with their gaming market. I really can't stand those "fan service" animes which is like the close to becoming a majority of their shows. I still look forward to the Berserk OVAs. |

Gungrave is an interesting mafia like anime that starts out slow. Once it picks up and takes the game's direction it goes into wtf badass mode.
Gundam Unicorn is set a few years after Char's counterattack I think. It's also suppose to be the end of the UC universe from what the spoilers on the ending tell me. |

Yeah Brandon and Harry are still friends, but you can see there is about to be a split and Harry is going to make a power grab.
