Need help
My eliminator 250, now has a knocking through the foot pegs, checked chain slack which is perfect, thought it might be drum brake knock, it's not, suggestions please, it's driving me nucking futz?
Only work I,very done since it started was change front brake pads, swapped rear wheel for alloy wheel and made a custom exhaust. |

When you checked the chain, did you rotate the rear wheel and check the chain tightness in various places?

Put it on the paddock, slack is between 35mm to 37mm even after rotating?

It's probably worth removing the rear wheel and checking the bearings for any roughness.

Was manually pushing the bike backwards and forwards today and could hear a clunk sound only in 1 spot of the rear wheels rotation?

Is that a question?
You could take off the rear brake caliper and see if anything changes. Also, I repeat the suggestion of removing the rear wheel and checking the bearings for roughness. |
