Question about mods on servicings?

Will they flag anything up about mods on a bikes servicing??

Mods like having a fully black tinted windscreen, or chopped fender??

Only if you are putting in a warranty claim on the windshield or fender.

a painted windscreen and chopped fender will not effect anything that a warranty will cover. Now if you pull your air box and install pod filters but do not properly change the jets, then your waranty could be voided if your engine blew.
