Update

So I ordered an upper fairing i found for only $67 bucks! Not bad! So the fairing was black...so I decided to paint my bike black. Looks way better than before

I also had the seat repaired and its way better than the stock seat!

Looking good! But why are the body panels not all lined up?

Oh and chop that fender!

It seems that the gas tank is not properly installed, since it doesn't follow the upper fairing's line either.

That may be dangerous in case of a fall or vibrations may damage the tank.

Keep the rear fender

I kind of like how it looks currently with the fairings misaligned. Looks like a Transformer in the middle of transforming! Although, I would agree that you should fix that in case of a crash.

the tank has these cups welded on the insides of the tunnel under neath it. these cups slide over rubber grommets that should be attached to the frame. it looks like the tank is too high considering all the other fairings look aligned. i would venture a guess that you have the tank just setting on those grommets...

yeah.. fix that before you fill your tank and bend/break the lower mount below the seat or worse, like lose your tank mid turn.
