2009 Bogs Between 3500-4000 RPM

So recently fires up my 250 (2009, 11k miles). This is project bike I inherited and it hasn't been started in several months at least.

She starts and idles ok, but as soon as I hit 3500 it bogs downs until I get over 4500 rpm, at which point it accelerates normally. It's the same RPM range every time. I suspect the carb needs a good cleaning, but I want to see if anyone else has a definite answer. I have a can of SeaFoam in the garage I'm going to try as well, have had good luck with that

Suggestions?

It could be a mixture of things, figuratively and literally..

Stale gas could cause issues, but I doubt it would only happen at a particular RPM.. The carbs could definitely need cleaning.. I'm no expert by any means, but some extra info might help those who are..

What year is the bike?? How many miles are on it?? Where was the bike stored prior to you firing it back up??

The tank was drained before storage and I used new gas. The Bike been stored in a non-climate controlled storage facility.

it was a 2009 250 with about 11k miles

EDIT: I started it today and its giving me all sorts of issues including dying giving it gas....Annoyingly enough, I think I'm just gonna have to clean the carbs and report back after that. The main jet is probably clogged
