It more or less looks like a complicated fairing kit for the 250r.

..Which costs 1700.

Interesting idea though.

I know I'm old and set in my ways, and I respect whatever a motorcycle owner decides to do to his machine, but I can't imagine wanting to make my 250 look like that, even if I got the kit free.

It's the 31BLK-II, as opposed to the original 31BLK.
