You Know When You're In Love With Your Ninja

Okay, Sunday morning ride, southern hemisphere, and now back at home it is coming up 2pm - and you all up there are no doubt about to enjoy a Saturday night.

You Know When You're In Love With Your Ninja When....
  1. You get on your new Ninja get a few hundred yards down the road and realise you forgot to do up your chin-strap.
  2. You're at the top of the Rimutaka Hill talking to a husband and wife as they are really taken with the 250R, and when you get down the other side of the hill at your coffee stop you look down and you notice you're fly is down (trouser zipper is undone...don't know if 'fly' is understood up there)
  3. Get home and about to take off Kevlar riding jeans, reach for belt buckle - didn't put belt on........

You just gotta love that bike.

Posts: A lot.
I can add to this,

1. You leave your damaged Ninja in your house

2. Everytime you walk pass it, your heart skips a beat

3. You sit on it (while its in your house) and make "VROOM VROOOM" noises and pretend to be leaning like Valentino Rossi.

Or when you just have to go to the garage and stand there looking at your Ninja, and your wife walks by and muses out loud that she can remember when you used to look at her the same way.
