Motocamping with a Guy I Met on the Internet

You ever just set out on a motocamping trip with somebody you never met before? I have! It worked out pretty good. Check it out.

"Motocamping with a Guy I Met on the Internet"

Sounds like a scenario for a horror movie.

Haha! It could have ended like a horror movie, but thankfully it didn't

I am currently email corresponding with a man who wants to do a scooter trip across the US. We have been talking over equipment and camping stuff as well as routes.

We haven't met but I bet he would be tolerable over the road company, that the benefit to ridding separate bikes. Ditch them if need be, no intolerable conversation for hours on end.

But the only thing that is a disconnect.. his ride is a Honda Ruckus and my only ride is a GSXR 750.

He hasn't been able to find anyone who wants to scooter tour. As for me I would love too I just don't have the time or resources.

@fishdip - he is looking for other scooter riders to meet up with. You want to socialize with another scooter enthusiast?

Unfortunately my old Rupp XK is now my cousins wife's favorite mode of transportation. I had it for 8 years and never registered it lol. I am glad they enjoy it.

I used to ride a yamaha champ everywhere…. but that was when I was 12.

Dude ! seriously

that sucks - its like watching someone run over a kitten

I actually saw a kitten moments after it got run over on a rainy day in a parking lot last weekend. It was still warm when I moved it from the pavement

Its a sad day when an innocent little moped leaves this world

The sad part she was making a left on to that street I was in the lane the suv was parked in. The only reason she stop was the moped lifted up the front so far up it stop the car
