Yep... looks like you are just a few miles away. I'll get them out on Monday... you should have them on Tuesday.

Thanks for the order.

How do the adjusters go for someone who is a little over 6'?

Also, Tony, I enquired via your website on shipping to Australia. But if you'd like to post the cost here then I'm sure there are a couple other Aussies around who would appreciate the info, thanks.

Eva689:

I'm not quite sure what you are asking... as far as the 6' thing. But, regardless of the size of the rider, the rearset adjusters will give an aggressive rider the extra ground clearance needed for hard cornering. Also, since the Ninja 250 already has a "Relaxed" foot position compared to most sport bikes... it will get your feet up, so you can get the pressure on the pegs, and your legs in a good position to do some good old-fashioned knee dragging.

(FYI, I sent you an email already)

Ahh. Those of us around/over 6' (at least in my experience) cannot place their feet in the proper position on the pegs in stock position and keep their thighs/knees under the ridge of the tank. My legs straddle the ridge, which is useless for hard cornering. When I place the balls of my feet on the pegs where they are now, I can't brake/shift, but my legs sit beautifully where they are supposed to beside the tank. I was hoping a rearset adjustment would allow me the best of both worlds. I assume they do, since a back and up movement of the pegs mimics what I do by moving my feet. Going to place an order now and find out

OK... Now I get what you are asking.

Yes, using the rearset adjusters... you can find the spot where your legs are up... and not hitting the ridge of the tank.

When you move the pegs back... the top of your leg will drop. Then, you can raise the pegs up, to gain the needed ground clearance.

Hope that's the info you were looking for.

Hi Guys,

I had a couple people ask me to extend the sale because either they missed it... or they didn't have the cash to get what they wanted... so the code will be good all week.
