My 250R Race Bike Build

I don't really have any before pics of the bike when I got it but here we go.

I have done a few mods already such as pipe, filter, jetting, clutch levers, modded stock foot pegs, A&L rear set adjusters and few other things. Anyhow, I have just about everything so just installing stuff now. Have a few issues to resolve hopefully before the first race day which is on April 14th and 15th. Going to be close. Main problem is I am waiting on the wheels from Indonesia. Might be here this week but I won't hold my breath.

The Hotbodies bodywork all painted. Still need to drill them and get some fastners.

Racetech springs, emulators, SS preload adjusters and 15W oil

2006 Suzuki GSXR Rear Shock

Still need to make shorter dog bones. Going to make 158mm eye to eye to just raise it a little. Stock is about 165mm.

I would have done them myself but with very little time on my hands, too many other projects and the first race day around the corner, I sent them off directly to Racetech to do them.
