07 Ex250 USB 2.0 Dual Plug Installation

Hi All,

I've mounted a Garmin bracket (Givi Brand) on the throttle side of the bars and it has enough room to hold the GPS + Mobile phone so I've purchased a dual USB plug with wiring harness and fuse from <http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dual-USB-Charger-Flush-Socket-Boat-Marine-Sailing-Motorcycles-N98B-/380898721385?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item58af553e69>. The next mission is to mount the SOB somewhere close to the battery but haven't figured out where to mount it yet and was hoping somebody else had already devised a solution to this problem. Ill post some pictures later on but if somebody has any ideas or a better solution than the flush mount USB socket I've purchased already I'd love to hear from you!

I put my lighter socket in the bottom left wall of the document tray, the body of the adapter goes under the frame tube. If I had a second go at it I'd put it that extra 1/8 of an inch further down.

Yep thats the way I did it. Thanks for the idea. I stuffed up and got accidently got positive and negative after I did the loom and killed the plug. Ive ordered two more off ebay. Should got the fluke out but couldnt be bothered. Took three weeks to deliver and three seconds to blow the ass out of it!
