spark plug removal

Any trick to getting the owners tool to work ?
drops down nice into the hole but spins freely, cant get it to grab anyrthing ?

No trick... should work great...

Try pushing the tool down a bit as you slowly turn it. If you don't have any luck then try to use a mirror and a flash light to look down there to see if anything appears abnormal.

PUSH...and turn ...yep, came right out.
First time i tried this....tank on. I can see how tank off would've made it work immediately.

BTW... Be sure to use NGK's over any other brand if your replacing them.
