Fork Alignment Issues?

So after doing the rear fender chop, my dad offered to ride down the road and show me what it looked like from a distance. Not having much sport bike experience, he didnt lean enough through a turn and lowsided. The fairings of course are beat to hell but more importantly when I got on the bike to ride (only low speed to make sure mechanically everything was still functioning correctly) I felt as though the front wheel is not straight when my handlebars are straight. It isnt MUCH, nothing drastic, but I can see how it would effect the handling at higher speeds. What do I do to correct this? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have zero experience with bikes and their front ends especially and really didnt know what to search for because I dont know the true problem...

Thanks in advance!
