Textile Overpants
Getting some pants soon, and the overpant style is what I need. I just cruise around town for the most part so being cool is a pretty big priority, however I still want a little protection. I'm also a bagger at a grocery store, so I don't have money to spend... Please don't suggest some $300 pants lol.
First off, anyone have a recommendation off of the top of their head? It's hot here in Missouri for some reason, so I need something that vents reasonably well, something that has a little padding somewhere (although I'm not by any means racing with them). Also, white pants look cool, but I feel like they would get really dirty really quickly, and be a B.... to clean. Anyone have any experience with white pants? I just really hate black pants, because they would just attract the sun and bake my legs like a little oven. So, please post recommendations here... Well not here, but like below here would be cool. |

Over-pants are very important for the street rider, since most of the injuries happen on the lower half of the body.
Unfortunately, there is no much beyond black and white. This one is good value, in my opinion: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/browse...ct_images/2962

These are what I wear everytime I ride. Very comfy, well vented, knee armor and some padding on the hips.

Been wearing these for six years now. The keep me pretty dry in wet weather, warm in the winter with the liner in place. The knee armor is adjustable so you can place it properly. Mine have been crash tested and they did the job. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...T.ac=SLIsearch
