To those with fenders eliminated
How bad does the water splash on your back and rear seat when riding in pouring rain?

I dont know how bad the water splashes, because it was pouring, and I was wet anyway, but the whole license plate and the back seat were covered in sand and dirt. The fender in the back definitely works to keep that stuff off of the bike. But I do love the new look, it makes the bike seem so much fatter, so its worth it

The wet roads in vancouver will leave a little bit on your seat and license plate. When it's raining, I don't notice it as much because the rain pretty much washes it away. Personally I never get any on the license plate and a little more on the seat. No idea why.
It most likely will never get on you, and is definitely worth it in terms of looks TBH. |

I regret it... Mine gets pretty dirty. Sure, I don't get dirty... But you'll find that when you ride in the wet, it's gonna be messy on your bike.
I wish I could go back... It does look better, but not much better when your bike is always dirty lol. |

I think that really just depends on where you live. Here in cali I only deal with rain for a couple weeks a year so its not really much of an issue.
