Update - We are still working on some of the tooling/fixtures. Some of them are fairly complex and also require machining and heat treating. Many other components are completed. We are now projecting April 5th for the first production article to be check fit on all the new tooling. Then approximately two - three weeks after that for production systems to start becoming available.

As indicated on the first page annoucement - GB prices will be honored to everyone on the list at the end (31st). In addition, anyone who has a FI Micro Programmer ordered at that time, can opt to have it shipped prior to the exhaust systems. You would pay for that item only. The FI Micro Programmer will have free shipping applied within the lower 48 states to GB members. We will pre-load a base map for whatever your current set-up is in position 1. We will then load the appropriate Area P full system Map in position 2.

Jiggles,

Interesting list of bikes you've got... so how do you know your Ninja is faster than mine? Were you at the Nov 2012 CVMA round?

Mine is plenty fast; I'm working on learning how to ride it faster :-P

OK, I'll have to trust you on that

On another note and back on topic, I installed a cheap (inexpensive) Leo Vince aluminium slip-on as a stopgap measure as the sewing-machine report of the OEM exhaust was too much to bear... yes, quite anxious for production of the Area P systems

Hope all the tooling, etc. go flawlessly!

Sounds great kbryant, thanks again for this deal. Crossing my fingers for the freebie

Just two quick questions -- did you ever make a final call on the AFR-meter bong support? Also how's the airbox removal/pod filter tune going?

That will not start until they receive the final production system, sometime after April 5. It was stated in other posts.

Add this on for me:
Quote:
1. "If we do offer this as an installed option - it will be a $45.00 "special order only" at the same time the exhaust is purchased. This will include a CNC'd from billet, 304 series, stainless steel O2 Bung and Tig Welded installation."

2. "If we do not offer it as an installed option - it will be a $25.00 option. This will include the CNC'd from billet, 304 series, stainless steel 02 Bung."
(whichever AreaP is offering)
