Is it too late to change to the full ultra high mount? Also, I'd like to go ahead and get the tuner as well. Who do I need to talk to to get it shipped this week?

Hello Carlos,

I spoke with Kerry in response to the free solo mounting bracket. To start, they want to say that they really appreciate everyone's patience in the GB and are aware that getting these systems out late has caused valuable customers to go elsewhere in search of a 300 exhaust. I believe the people that have held out for this long are going to appreciate the quality of these systems. Other companies that came out with their new 300 exhaust systems did not spend nearly close to the time and R&D that Area P has put into theirs. By providing a clean-sheet exhaust system with large amounts of new tooling and because they manufacture their own systems with a number of other projects in the works, has caused an unexpected delay in the 300 exhaust systems. To add, not one exhaust company I know of is providing a tune that works with your setup at no additional cost. That is a huge savings!. A dyno tune in most areas will cost you an extra $300 dollars. Nobody is more bummed than Area P, that the initial time frame for completion has been pushed back this far, but they are dedicated to excellent service and happy customers, so the extra time was needed. There a number of other customers not in the GB who are also waiting for this system to be complete, but because we have waited and stuck in there, we are first to receive the new systems. Area P looks to be on track for the end of this month. I will update everyone to confirm what they want and will inform them about payments. Per my conversion with Kerry, he stated:

"The GB discount is significant for us, but also our pleasure in supporting this site in particular. Our website prices for the exhaust are discounted and average of $100 from our suggested retail. We then further discount it for the GB participants. Then further applied free shipping to customers within the lower 48 states as a token of our appreciation for you waiting. Customers outside the lower 48 states will receive a $19.50 credit towards their shipping costs when ready. Every single GB participant order will be filled first, prior to us shipping/filling any other customers who have systems on order."

So to answer your question Carlos the discounts we are getting are more than substantial so they won't be offering an additional free solo mounting bracket. Area P's discounts for the GB are already so extreme. But you might be the luck winner of the free exhaust drawing which covers the price of the exhaust system

Thanks again to everyone and their patience.

Update

We have assembled and confirmed fitment of the first production pipes on the bike we have here now. All the investment in the new clean sheet design, tooling and fixtures has been worth it. It really came out nice.

We will start assembling the GB orders late next week. So we need to get everyone's e-mail address to confirm their orders (please send this info to David). With the holiday next week, we will likely start shipping the week of July 8th.

"Tigerpaw" will be dropping his bike off to Fuelmoto on July 10th for continued Mapping R&D with the airbox delete mod and filter pod installed. Systems will be waiting at Fuelmoto for him.

We have now received the updated spreadsheet list from David with everyone's (except one) e-mail address. We will be contacting those people directly to confirm their information/orders and start assembling next week.

Fuel Moto Pod Tuning, Ninja 300

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to update everyone on the current pod tuning at Fuel Moto. The test bike arrived on July 10 and will be there for at least two weeks. There will be no data available if you contact Fuel Moto. All data will go through Kerry at Area P. Please don't contact Fuel Moto as they will not be relishing any information. I will be the main point of contact through Kerry with updates that I will post only through the ninjette site. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. I will help you to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks,

David

Just a Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that eight people have confirmed. To the other four that have not confirmed, if you are still interested please confirm the email you have been sent. Once all eight orders confirmed have been shipped out the rest of the orders will be canceled. There will still be a drawing for the people that confirmed and your chances will slightly increase for a free exhaust system

Thanks,

David

You will receive a paypal invoice when the exhaust is ready to ship. It will be this upcoming week.
