Hey Unregistered! Parting out TWO 2010 Ninja 250s

Hi there all,

Parts Ninja has just purchased 2 new bikes that will be parted out completely.
Take a look, perhaps theres something that you need. Post parts that are needed as a reply to this post, or use our website to inquire about parts that are needed. Blue bike has cracks to left side of fairings, green bike has scratches on the right side.
Both motors run great and will be listed for $500 SHIPPED.

Nope, yours is getting boxed up today after work. Might even get it in the mail today. Definitely by tomorrow. You get an email with the tracking info when it does.

Sooo we can't "buy" the parts now? We have to wait till they are in stock? And when that happens, it's whoever gets it first?

I also want the shock linkage, the part the shock and dog bones fit to.

Can i grab the black passenger seat, 1 screw for the side panel fairing, and 2 black grommets for the belly pan/underside of the fairings?

By indicating that you are interested in a specific part on this thread, you will get first chance to purchase the part next week (I will send out emails or PMs once the part is active on the site, if it isn't already).

I have a few shock linkages laying around, I'll have that on the site by Wednesday as well.

Sure, the black seat is all yours. I can throw in the other parts for free. Please indicate which bolt you need with a model number from www.partzilla.com

the seat should be up on or around Wednesday. It might be a bit more depending on condition.

Ok, cool! 2 things. 1, I need the part that the sprocket attaches to, not the rubber pieces. 2, the linkage NEEDS to be from a '10+ as it weighs less than the '08-'09.

I have several sets of frame hole covers. Sure I can ship internationally. I will post them to the site on Wednesday. You will be responsible for shipping costs however. It shouldn't be too much.

What would be the price range on a right handle bar and rear stay?

Also any suggestions of parts to buy in prospect of the future? Like things that inevitably go away and need replacing. Only example of such a thing that I have is brake rotors.

My mechanic buddy is using my ninjette and I plan on taking it to track days regularly in the future. So I'd like to get some spare parts while they're cheap.

Im not sure what you mean by "rear stay"

Aside from brake pads and rotors and chain and sprockets and tires, there aren't very many parts that just "go bad" on these bikes. parts that inevitably go bad.... hmm.. that really depends on how often you plan on crashing... The parts that we have noticed that are most susceptible to breaking or being damaged during a crash on these bikes are:

rearsets, especially the left one
front fairing stay
fairings
bars, L & R
muffler
brake pads
rotors
brake and clutch levers
gear selector pedal
rear brake pedal
CLUTCH COVER (try finding one of these on ebay, hah!)

these are the parts that are in the highest demand and they are also what I find broken most often on crashed bikes we buy.

I'm not sure yet on the exact condition of the tanks. The green one will be delivered Sunday/Monday and the blue one will be picked up Sunday. There are a few tanks listed on our site already that are damaged, you can get a general feel for what a good condition tank will be priced at by viewing our for sale tanks pricing as listed on our site.

Generally with every part we sell, we discount approx. 20% of the typical eBay sales price (we despise eBay, hence why we made a website)

The frames are certainly for sale, however, pricing will depend heavily on if you're looking for a clean title, salvage title, or no title frame.

I will basically give away a no title frame for $50 if you pick it up locally. I generally will sell a clean title frame shipped for $500-$600. Salvage title will be somewhere in between.

The blue bike is no title, the green bike is salvage title.

I also have another no title frame available.
