Are those Keihin MJ sizes/equivalents? If so, you might want to replace the 98s with 96 or 112s, as the bike comes stock w/98 Keihins.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

Those are keihin sizes. I mistyped. The 98 isn't in the kit I just need to pick what sizes I want. probably be a 100, 102, 108, 110, 112 in the end

I have no clue what actually comes in their kit other than what is state on their site. Marc had offered to tune my bike for free for some publicity. But since I have my own kit coming out I think I just voided the offer.

man now you got me confused. I could have sworn there isn't a pilot jet but it has been a year ago...but man I really don't think there is one. I know I swapped out the main jets and needles and clips/washers...don't think I touched for float or pilot jets. Hmm...I also checked the "Jetting database" and no one ever mentioned anything about swapping out the pilot jets.

Undertail exhaust is getting really close. I should have good pictures today. I already got a couple but they are in a zip folder and I don't know how to put them up.

Interesting routing. Looks mighty close to the coolant tank and the hose coming out of it. I wonder what all that heat will do in that location... there's also no insulation on the fairing near there.

I like undertails for the sole reason that I think they look cool, but I'm constantly reminded of how a bike is a whole system with lots of pieces that interrelate. TANSTAAFL.

It'll be interesting to follow this.

Ya I saw that and thought the same thing. You can pick up header tape (for car exhausts) wonder if that would help in this situation

swingarm cover and hugger installation options

Matt, I noticed that all the bikes with a sportisi hugger and swingarm cover have rerouted the brake line up and over the outside of the cover. Is it possible, perhaps by drilling an appropriately sized hole, to instead install the cover so that the brake line continues to run down along the swingarm and thus remains hidden? I love the look of your cover/hugger combo but I think that the repositioning of the brake line makes it look a bit janky.

Your more than welcome to drill a hole. But the brake line holder still needs to come out.

Will it be cheaper if we don't care if the manifold is polished? All that is going to be visible is the under tail anyways

That is dirt cheap for polishing....can I send you some stuff J/K the shipping would probably be as much as it would cost to get it done locally.

You know I'm in for the GB
