Those with projector headlight(s)..
I was wondering how you were able to successfully mount and install these on the new gen. I am currently running HIDs in the stock reflective housing, and although they are better than the stocks IMO, and bright, I prefer not to blind other vehicles.
Also I'd like to have the low bean more concentrated to the ground especially I'm riding at night. Any help here? |

I installed these projectors http://xebritehidsystems.webs.com/bprsystem.htm in my '08. I had to enlarge the hole in the stock reflector so the projectors would not stick out too far. I have just enough room to aim them, the projector glass is just touching the stock lens cover.
I also made new spacers so the projector was more stable in the reflector housing, the supplied washer was not enough the projector was able to wobble. The whole process was a pain, the headlight housing was difficult to seperate, the projectors are too long for are housing and the supplied sealant never hardened so I had to remove it all and I used clear caulk to seal the housing. If I had to do it again I would see if Ztrack could get the projector headlight that was posted before. |

Hmm I kind of like this set up with the race fairings and 1 projector headlight in the middle. I've seen a couple bikes in my area, a GSX-R & a SV600 with this. It's nice and convenient for those trackheads who also ride street |
