yes, pulling the airbox and properly rejetting will release the full potential HP of any full system.

Thursday is the deadline. Don't miss it.

I've just learned that the first batch of systems from this GB have been shipped. Some of you lucky participants should have received emails confirming this. Who'll be the first to receive theirs and installed? Pics, please, when that happens.

GL guys!

Just in case anyone is wondering, the GB can take as many members that sign up by the deadline and is no way limited to only 10, so come on and put your name on the list if you want a Race Exhaust system at a discount.

Hurry, hurry, hurry on down, before the deadline!

Just checked with Area P and although we do have 10 participants committed on a list, they have not yet received payments on all of those orders, so technically we do not have the magic #10 as of yet.

Once they have payments for all of the orders and the number of PAID systems reaches 10, I'm confident we'll be seeing a contribution to Ninjette from Area P, which, btw, was totally unsolicited. Kerry offered to do this, on his own, to help support Ninjette in his own way.

A big "Mahalo" to the participants that have committed to make this happen.

Just got my package from fed ex today. It came a day earlier than expected. I'm going to wait a few days for my warranty to expire before installing it.

I just had to back out of the deal.

I can not apologize enough. I have already sent Kerry an email explaining the situation.

I do again apologize, especially since I jumped on the list as soon as it was up. I had every intention to purchase the exhaust. I was actually researching it when I came across this thread and the group buy. I unfortunately have some property improvements that are more necessary than a motorcycle exhaust.

Why do you have to wait for your warranty to expire before installing it? just want to know because I'm about to replace my stock with akrapovic and i have extended warranty.

I probably don't have to wait but since mine is up on the 31st I see no reason not to, just to be safe.

T,

No worries. $hit happens and sometimes (well, make that many times) life just throws us a curve.

Hope things work out for you and your situation, but come on.... property improvements before a motorcycle exhaust??? Sacrilege!!!

I really expected to have a 250 by now and this GB would have made it all the more enjoyable. If by some miracle I get a bike in the next day or two you may have another name added to the list.

@Kelly, could you please ask and let me know if this can be shipped to India and how much the shipping would cost? If shipping is possible, i'd also like to know how many days it would take for the package to reach me.

Thanks.

Thank you for asking. Shipping cost is $97.50. Less the GB International Shipping Credit of $25 equals a net of $72.50. We ship by USPS and it will take 6 - 10 days to arrive to you.

I just got mine unboxed. Too bad I dropped the ninja off at my engine guy for a checkup. Ah well, I'll have her back and will install it in a few days, then it's off to the dyno for tuning.

Thank you Kerry for the deal and Kelly for setting it up and keeping track of everything.

Damn... you guys are starting to make me drool.

I'm waiting to see a system installed and reports on how it runs.

My pleasure to help w/ this GB. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't believe in the product, the people at AP and wanting to help the good people on this forum. I'm happy to see things went as smooth as they did and you guys are receiving the goods in a matter of days since processing the orders.

enjoy... you lucky SOBs!!

kelly,

if you decide you have to upgrade to the new race system, there is a member on the forum looking to buy a standard system because he does not want to lose passenger pegs.

just thought i'd let you know.......

Yeah thats my toy box. The wife claims everything else and I'm ok with that.
It's just a single car size so it's kinda cramped but it works. Cars stay in the double garage.

fact is, I would own a Race system already if I didn't want the quietest, full system on the market, which I already have in the QC system that I presently own. Don't think I've not been tossing buying a Race system around in my head this entire time this GB has been going on. That's why seeing the systems that the others have bought has me drooling.

if mine were a track bike, this is the only exhaust I would consider. as it is now, I try to granny the bike through the populated areas of my ride as the quiet core is still louder than I'd like, but again, it's the quietest full system available on the market.

honestly, that was the selling point for me. That I since discovered how great a company AP is and the people who run it are leaders in their field, added to the fact that the exhaust is beautifully built and added performance I could actually feel, was a bonus.

Ken, how do you like the product so far?

i do

luckily for me, 99% of my riding is highway commute, plus i wear earplugs and listen to music when i ride.

honestly, i decided to purchase because i love the look of a high mount system, and the sound of my buddy's area p standard system. the performance gains are icing on the cake are far as i'm concerned (albeit significant icing).

to each their own - although once you start seeing pics of it installed you will be foaming at the mouth

Honestly, I couldn't be happier. I'm sure I will love the sound and all the performance too. Area P is a top notch company and the quality is outstanding. When I unboxed everything I was admiring the welds and the fit of the components. I can't wait to get it installed.
