its a product from Koso. and costs 250.000 Rp ( $30 ) at the moment the usual shop i get the stuff from its out of stock, but i can try and find it at another place. if you paypal me 30~ bucks i can try and find it for you before my girlfriend leaves on sunday.

i dont think that the KTC mirrors extend. and i wouldnt be able to get them on such a short notice. if you want them i would have to ship them to you directly.

then i started to take them apart...



and placed the speedometers in their original boxes for the trip over to Vegas.



i put a sticker on each fiberglass bracket and Koso box with the owners name

should help sarapacman send them to the correct people, lol

ill get it all wrapped up properly at work tomorrow and have clear stickers with names stuck on them from the outside.

Shigs, im not sure if ill be doing another group buy. i can offer to send the part directly to you, but the shipping cost might be equal to the price of the item... since its going international.

however, "never say never, and never say forever", so once this delivery has been carried out and everyone is happy we can eventually coordinate another GB, however next time i would like someone on the US side do some of the leg work, lol

we would need someone there that is willing to receive the GB package that i send from here and then forward it to the various members around the US. this group was lucky and got to hitch a free ride in my GF's suitcase all the way to vegas reducing the shipping cost considerably.

Charlie should be getting the parts soon. just a matter of passing by the hotel shes staying at in Vegas to pick them up. i would recommended to do that sooner, rather than later, since the first three days they will be working to set up the booth at the HD show. and it should be possible for her to take a moment off to meet you. once the exhibition opens on Thursday (i think) she will be busy all day at the booth. and it will be hard to coordinate the time to meet up.

let me know when you've gotten the package and please confirm that it all arrived in one piece. i did my special OCD packing job on the Koso sets, haha!

dude if you knew the bus system in nevada haha i used to get on the bus daily before getting my bike. it takes almost 2 hours to get to work which is only 7 miles away from home. on my bike it's 15 with traffic on surface streets and less on weekends.

I'd say that the next group buy should be aranged by someone in the country it's going TO to reduce the effort on the part of the guy doing us a favor . Everyone should decide what they want and how much they are willing to pay using the info already available online and then they should contact someone local to the source, like Wayan, and present their offer with a finder's fee for the trouble.

ok so at this point, I highly suggest people with the Koso Gauge Kit to have their packages insured. just in case something goes wrong while in transit. UPS automatically insures up to $100 with our UPS account. but these gauges cost way more than that.

In lieu of that I will get shipping quotes with insurance and without insurance so you guys choose how you want it done.

for the guy in Canada, I can only send you through USPS. but our account also has an insurance fee you can choose to add.

i just need to charge a little bit for packaging materials used. i will send you all a PM of how much it is going to be. give me a maximum of 2 days to do this.

i normally work 10 hour shifts 6 days a week, so i'll find time within the day to process everything. i know you're all excited, i just wish you all to be patient

Theres a lot of mods that can be done to this fun little machine and its often mistaken as a 600, lol

if this is your 1st bike, use it for a couple years, mod it or dont, it wont make a difference as far as your riding skills are concerned. often ppl then upgrade to a bigger bike, but then again a lot of experienced riders have also traded in their bigger bikes for the 250's, so ditching the 250 for a larger displacement bike isnt always an upgrade, lol.

i think its combination of personal taste, peer pressure, cash, and testosterone that kinda make ppl buy what they buy, lol

if you think you might "upgrade" to a bigger bike, then save the money that you would spend on modding the ninja (since that's like an infinite list). and put it towards another bike in the future.

chances are, you will drop your bike eventually. happens to everyone, just a matter of time, lol... trust me xD

I just wanted to thank you for your time and helping us out for having a GB.

Just got the kit this morning and already had it installed. Per the DYI guide, I've put it under 4 cycles 2 pistons and 1887mm tire circumference. Road tested the bike, I am loving it =]
