I bought this one ELFR-1 DOT Flasher Relay. It's still sitting on top of my toolbox. I'll go try and swap it out and see if it works, but it didn't last time.

Now I know why I didn't end up using it. It's not plug and play for the bike. The connector is different, so I just bought the one from Tri to avoid hassles.

Tri,
If possible, can you do this set for me, as well as a price for this list: (Shipped price please) 1 CustomLED tail light (Diodes as free item) 1 CustomLED Blaster-X Control Switch 1 OEM Turn Signal Connectors (1 order = a pair, from CustomLED) - Will these work for fronts? Their ebay listing says it does My friend says I can have his extra set of turn signals, but they don't have OEM connectors so I'll have to wire it up myself. Pardon the changes, I was telling him about your sale, and it reminded him of his extra set. Also, payment will be due on 8 Feb? Or is it sooner? I'm trying to make sure I have funds allocated for this beforehand. |

I have all stock turn signals, if I got the modmy250 front flashing turn signals... would I need a relay or anything?

After reading their operation manual, it looks like the control switch is nothing more than a toggle on/off switch. Anyways, I need to know if anyone else would want some before I can ask if we can get a discount on them. As it is, it would likely be just me buying it at full price and then sending it to you, which I have no problems with. I would need to charge a paypal fee of $.16 to cover it though. The connectors they sell will work, but I can make the same ones for a little bit less for you. Price break down: kit + diode: $106 Brake switch: $5.15 OEM Connectors w/ wiring: $5.50 Total cost: $116.65/ $106 picked up (cash only) You would need the relay. Diodes are only if you have front AND rear LED's.

I'll start taking payments on Feb 1.
Timeline: Take payment, Once everyone has paid, I will then place the order for the tail lights. So, it may be 2-3 weeks before you receive the order.

Do we need that switch to make it have the strobe ability? Or the ELFR-P Plug-And-Play Programmable Electronic LED Flasher Relay?

Let me ask them and find out for ya. You won't need the relay, and the switch is really nothing more than grounding a wire.

Please do Tri. I was under the impression the taillights had a built in modulator...that's what made your deal so sweet, for me at least.

Here's the reply I got. "The default is set for 3 strobes which is DOT." I talked to them and I can also sell the switches, but only for 4.80. The tail light does have a modulator but the control wire looks like it needs to be grounded while in programming mode a certain number of times to set the desired mode. The switch makes it easier to ground since you need to make sure the mode is set within ten seconds. It's all in the control switch manual on their website. http://www.customled.com/Blaster-X%2...ng%20Guide.pdf
Let me know who wants one and I'll add it to the list.

Count me in. Oh, so what does the ELFR-P Programmable Flasher Relay do? Is that required to program the strobe?

Katherine, those are for making your flashers blink at a certain rate, not the brake light.

I just sent you your invoice. I'm not sure why my math was wrong, but I adjusted it to the correct price. It should have been $119 shipped, not $129.

Yeah, but no tracking number. I'm not responsible for International packages if the buyer doesn't opt for tracking. I can include tracking with USPS, but they usually charge a lot for it.

Yo Tri,
Looks like I'll have to change my order one last time, but it's a good change for you atleast! My friend decided that he'd like to make profit off of me and sell me his damned turn signals as opposed to just giving it to me, I wasn't 100% on his set anyway, I like the way your set looks over his. So in turn, I'll buy yours instead, and I wouldn't have to worry about wiring it up. CustomLED tail light (Diodes as free item) CustomLED Blaster-X Control Switch Front LED Flush mounts If you could resend me a new invoice with these items, that would be great. Basically, swapping out the OEM connectors for your Front LED Flush mounts. I'll be waiting, and ready to send you payment as soon as I receive the updated invoice. |

You will need a relay but not a diode kit unless you install front LED lights. Rear LED signals purchase in this sale are $30.
