I ordered mines a month ago and still waiting. I'm going to cancel the order.

The only thing that sucks about it is that the 250 is a different size and they're out of stock! I'm hoping that the seats arent that different and it will still fit, cause i dont want to give it up!

If you are curious, this is how it looks:
this is how it's mounted... ignore the red arrows, i put them in when someone had questions about it on another site

Thanks for the feedback joyinc. Saw it @ Cycle Gear yesterday for $69.99.

Found a picture posted in our pictures area of a tail bag suspended on a frame of some sort. Above, and behind the rear light. Can anyone tell me if that is a home made, or store bought set up. Also, how/where to get one?
(Trying to include the pic I am talking about here but as I am new here, and this is my first picture attempt: sorry if it doesn't work) Thanks all

Hi David -

That was our 2004 ninjette. More pics here, and more info about the Ventura rack here.

Here is what I have done: http://www.theyeagergroup.com/Tail_T...le_Project.htm

I am currently working on a version for the '08s and newer that has great promise. It needs to go to the trim shop for an upholstery job to match the bikes current look: http://www.theyeagergroup.com/Ninjet..._Upholstey.htm

I have the Cortech sport tailbag and it is fantastic.

Wait, you're Mr. Yeager? Hi! I've referenced your site many times before and after buying my bike in 2008. Thanks!

Decided to go with the universal size "fastpack"

My tail bag came today. Here's what it looks like on the older style Ninja 250. The collapsible design is perfect for me. I don't like swinging my leg high over a bag all the time. And, I didn't want to be taking it on, and off the bike all the time. I will love using this!

Wow. If they sell that in different colors, it could pass for a sport cowl-line seat cover and storage upgrade at the same time!

I have the RJays Elite Tailbag from their Platinum Series.

Here is a link to the RJays site. Costs AUD 150.

http://rjays.com.au/home/products/lu...-tail-bag.html

Some pics from my ride with the bag. Please note that the bag expands to double its capacity and I could easily pack stuff that i need for a 3 day trip.

The tailbag is very sturdy and quality is very good too. Has a velcro strap that goes under the rear seat and also has another buckle strap that goes under the rear tail section to ensure the bag stays secured to the tail. Bungee hooks are provided on the bag and are of very high quality too.

The bag includes a rain cover, the zips are waterproof and as you can see there is a lot of highly reflective material on the bag as well which makes it safe to ride at night.

Recommended.
