Does anyone know what brand of spools will work with the cheap harbor freight rear stand? Thanks in advance

It's not what spools will work with the stands, its what spools will work with the bike. Ninja 250's need 10mm spools. PS: this is posted in the wrong forum if you have a 2011 bike. You posted in the pre-gen forum. I'm sure it will be moved any moment now. :P |

Just buy some spools, make sure they are 10mm (before you buy them), whatever brand (or unbranded) you feel comfortable with, then screw them on your bike. Your stand has to fit the ninja 250's width correctly or else it won't work, getting different spools will not help |

Okay Thanks mikebudd. I was using a set of t rex spools but it didnt feel like they fit tight into the fork part so I thought I would get a different (smaller) spool for a better fit.

You can buy mini spools that are definitely smaller. But other than that, there really isn't anything else.
