Swingarm Bearings?

So in the process of my rebuild I pulled the swing arm off and it is rusty as hell. It needs a sand blasting and some powder coating. Do the bearings in the swing arm have to be pressed out or do they come out else wise? Once out can the old bearings and such go back in (assuming they cleaned up okay)?

once you take off the oil seal you should be able to pull out the inner race and use a blind bearing puller on the needle bearings. i don't know if they are caged or not.

The external sleeve is slightly pressed against the tube.
