Looked at the ktm and Yamaha 300's the other day. I think I'd spend my money on the Yamaha. Granted I have ridden neither of them.
Until then the Street Triple R and Daytona will have to suffice. Tough life... |

Snapped a couple of quick pics of the Street Triple. I'm having a friend do some better photos.
I just installed Rizoma grips, Rizoma mirrors, Rizoma Pro Guards, Valter Moto rearsets, CNC Racing gas cap and Traf-X turn signals Last futzed with by TnNinjaGirl; July 5th, 2015 at 06:07 PM. |

Anyone cross shopped the fz-07 vs Street 3? I'm thinking about picking up a 2nd bike again and want something naked again (previously had a 2nd Gen sv650).
I've only had experience with Japanese bikes (all 5 were japanese). Any Triumph owner care to chime in regarding maintenance and reliability? I've never considered a Triumph, but recently a buddy of mine just purchased a '14 Daytona 675 and boy ol boy, I was lucky enough to take it for a 30 min spin and had the biggest grin on my face when I got back. The only potential "con" (personal opinion here) is the aggressive rider triangle for my commutes. But everything else.....what an amazing machine and that motor is absolutely incredible!

the street triple is in a completely different world compared to the fz-07, it's much more like a refined fz-09
the sv650 is much more like the fz-07 than the street triple is

I have been getting used to my STR and wanted a bit more of an aggressive riding position so I picked up a Daytona. I'm in love with the frame, quality, motor, gearbox, etc... |

I've seen them on most of the bikes but it's really simple to remove. I'd imagine they all come with them but I don't know with any certainty. I do know I keep forgetting to take mine off. I also know it's freakin ugly.
