Man, I got so much going on. I'm suppose to go in late may. Doesn't look like that's happening.

I am looking to go sometime this month or in April. It just depends on my workload here at Recruiting School.

I'm on call at work this week, but next weekend Mar 29th, I could go. What part of SC you in? I'm near Columbia.

There's a beautiful little route around lake Wateree too... Lake Wateree Route

It's all about the curves. If you ride, you understand. If you have a stick skinny g/f and ride, you're 1/2 way there.

Hmm, keep me posted and if I'm free the weekend you guys ride, maybe I'll join you! I miss the gap. It's been a while.

I've heard a lot of talk on a local forum about other roads in that area being just as good or even better than Deals Gap. I haven't been there but maybe someone local or who has been there can give you other roads to check out. I wish I could get down there and out of this crappy weather.

Sure, there are plenty of great places to ride in the area... I like to think of it as an amusement park. You can get stuck in bumper cars in Pigeon Forge, go on the swings on the Parkways, or you can just go to the biggest roller coaster and ride that!

Get there early in the morning if it is a weekend then leave by 10 before the baggers wake up.

Ill keep an eye out on the weather. It doesn't look well for this weekend. There is a Bike Night at Cycle Gear if anyone is interested in meeting up and riding out there together.
