Engine Swap question

So the Ex250 engine has 10 more hp than the Ninja 250R engine, would this be a direct fit for a swap? Has anyone does this is the wiring the same etc?

Please let me know I am working on a street fighter project.

EX250 = Ninja 250R, they are the same bike (and therefore the same engine).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninja_250

Shows the EX-250-F which is the previous generation at 37Hp and EX-250-J(250R) at 26Hp

New here, I'm at a public library it's possible someone else has an account so unfortunately not wouldn't want to take someone's account.

It's more a difference in how it was measured rather than differences in the engines themselves. 37 hp was rated at the crank for the 86/87 engine in the service manual. 26 hp was rated at the rear wheel for the new-gen bikes (2008-2012). The earlier engines were a bit stronger on top, but by 1 or 2 hp, not 10.

I have a skeleton 2010 Ninja 250R, It is probably 30 pounds lighter than a factory one so it may be a bit quicker but was looking to throw some bigger balls in it. Endless research has lead me to no valuable information besides custom motor mounts (no kits available) Turbo's in Indonesia ( No Kits available)... I don't own a shop so fabricating my own parts is kind of out of the question.

I hadn't seen that you wiped all your posts in the other thread with links to outbound forums. Good luck with your search.
