1985 ninja 600 petcock replacement? Help!

Hey guys. So I picked up this 85 ninja 600 for cheap. It didn’t run, but I did a little carb clean on it, and it runs when On the prime position on the petcock. When I switch to the on position, fuel filter goes dry, and bike does. But I can’t leave it in prime because it overfills the carbs. If I set it halfway between on and prime I can get it to run pretty damn good but it either goes lean up top or it is way to rich Bc the bowls are flooding. Floats and everything are good, my issue is only a petcock. And I can’t seem to find any information. I’m just looking for a petcock that will fit with little to no modification, and that simply works. Chinese eBay 9$ is fine, I just want something someone knows will fit and work.
Thank you all!

Get petcock rebuild kit with new seals. Clean off any corrosion you find when disassembling old petcock.

Haven't been down here in a while, but if the carbs are overflowing it's the float valves, not the petcock. Shouldn't matter what position the petcock is in, even if you leave it open the float valves should stop the flow of fuel to the carb when the float is full. The vacuum valve on the petcock is there as a backup incase the float sticks so you don't dump gas all over the place.

But, if the Petcock needs to be left in the prime position, there is a vacuum leak to the Petcock.

So I would say you have 2 problems, the carb float valves and the petcock.
