I think it was David Hasselhoff that started it

I changed my mind.... yes... if you are my friend, you can hop on my bike (when I get a bigger one that can carry both our weight). I guess the discussion is merely academic until we have a bike that can actually carry two of anything.

When I told my father I was buying a bike, he wanted to take me for a ride on his cruiser, to show me what im getting myself into. I told him no thanks. Somehow i get the feeling that riding bitch on the back of another mans cruiser would have completely soured my taste for bikes...

edit: forgot to mention he said i could 'borrow moms helmet'
