Stand
Looking for suggestions for a front wheel stand to lift front wheel off of ground. Can anyone suggest a brand that has this type of pin that goes through the steering neck lower opening?

Pit bull is always my choice,
http://www.pit-bull.com/category/front_stands.html Head lift or hybrid dual lift for most flexibility, the new-gen 250's and 300's take the #20 pin. (I assume you have a rear stand already? Can't typically lift just the front without lifting the rear first.)

Thanks Alex . I have a question about the front lift stands. Many reviews I've read on stands (not Pit Bull) say that the top of the stand actually hits the bottom of the fairing. Have you had any negative experiences with your Pit Bull stand like clearance issues?

It touches it, but doesn't put much weight on it there. The weight is carried by the pin in the headstock. The plastic where it does touch is very flexible there, and gives slightly if the stand does come in contact.

T-Rex Racing also makes front triple tree stands with pretty good prices.
