140's already fit the newgen!!! BT003's and DR2's are pretty common rubber and they're in 140's. I've seen the BT003 on newgen rims, no pinch.

Most likely you'll need to shim your needles. It's basically the same idea as a slip-on; just an open can.

For reference: any time that you make changes to the exhaust or intake, expect to need to make slight changes to your bike's jetting. If it turns out that the bike doesn't need any jetting changes made, that's a nifty little perk.

I have ordered from Sportisi before. Before ordering from them I suggest you do some research on the parts. My one part needed some mods to make it fit even though they said it is a direct bolt on part.

currently we only have white color in stock.

side story: I was involved in car accident on 22nd December 2012 on the way visiting my grand parents to celebrate Christmas. many things damage during the accident including my laptop, so I have some problem to go online. currently still using crutch to assist me walking as my right tight bone (femur?) broken as in the pic..

titanium rod inside my bone now...

my ex-car

we're driving on left hand side in my country where driver seat on right side seat. it was heavy down pour while i'm overtaking another car.. suddenly my car start to lose control and slide with right door facing the way i'm heading. moment after that oncoming car hit direct to my door and that's how I got my broken bone

Oh duuuuuuuuuuude, I'm so sorry to hear that. I am really glad you're alive though and hope that the damage won't be that extensive so you can ride again. As for the Rims, white is fine(im gonna see about getting them powder coated gold anyway) I will buy a set, will do it the week after next when I get paid. Please PM me the details so I can get this show on the road and maybe get them after my Bday. Again, sorry to hear about your accident dude, and hope the best for you and a speedy recovery.

yup, 150/60 is recommended size by manufacturer, but 160/60 also still can give pretty good clearance. I put 160/60/17 bridgestone bt-23 on my ninja.

i'm also please to remind it's best not to use BUSH and BEARING come with this vrossi wheel. it's recommended to use original kawasaki BUSH and BEARING parts as we received complaints regarding this before

Now that the 300 is out and uses a stock 140 tire I wonder it that rear rim would be a straight swap...

I believe Peanut_EOD showed that the 250R rims swap right onto the 300, so I bet the 300 rims would work on the 250.

But aftermarket might be cheaper for a while yet

This may have been answered, but are these taller overall? I'm short haha so I need to keep it low but I love the look of a wider rim and tire.

That would totally depend on what tires you use... if you use a 120/70 up front it'll be taller if you use a 120/60, not so much. Same with the rear. If you use a 150/55 or 150/60 it won't be MUCH taller.

overall heights of various front and rear tires
FRONT
110/70 - 23.06"
120/70 - 23.6"
120/60 - 22.67

REAR
130/70 - 24.16"
150/60 - 24.08"
150/55 - 23.5"

Soooo... depending on your tire combination, it might actually be shorter...

not sure if it's fit ninja 300. If the rest of parts on ninja 300 is similar to 2013 ninja 250 (other than engine capacity), it might be fit. Few pics ninja250 2013 with vrossi wheels below

Just for info for those who want to order after market ninja wheels from me:

I myself is not the owner of the shop nor did I own any business related to after market parts of ninja or any other motorcycles. What I did is just helping the ninja owner who interested to get any after market parts from our region to outside world which they can't reach in their area. all the parts that I sold or advertise here is supply by local shop in our region and I only get little commission if I managed to sell their goods, mainly I did it just to help you guys to get after market parts you interested on. Hence, I can't give any discount to you guys as the price is tagged by local shop owner instead of myself.

Thank you
Andy

c'mon guys, stop trying to hit Andy for a discount, his product is great and at a magnificent price already. On a different note, I am only waiting for ONE stinking part to fit them on my 08 plus suspension, hope kawi sends it soon.
