Slingshot Racing is local at NorCal. Do you have their number? It should be available from your paypal invoice. Call them and ask ... If you need their number, lmk ... They also reply to emails pretty fast.

Have you written or call them at all? Open a dispute in Paypal if you can't get in touch with them.

I can't give updates on their situation any faster than they can.

Anyone else have this problem?

So I finally got the red preload adjusters... And I must say after four weeks, I'm very disappointed!

They must have changed them completely. They look so cheap. The entire thing is red now. The bolt stem/adjuster is now all red, and is intact a darker red than before.

I want the chrome/silver stem! This is solo frustrating. Just sent them an email and will see what happens.

I'll attach a pic tomorrow too.

I patiently waited and didn't mind waiting for red. But this is ridiculous. They look horrible/cheap.

Looks like the people that did the anodizing fudged up on the red batch. Hopefully you'll get it resolved in a timely fashion.

Update:

Took them a bit, but SSR is doing a great job communicating with me. They have suggested they will send out the silver adjuster portion. Looking forward to it!

The Bikers preload adjuster come ready with the o-ring, the ssr don't, you have to take the old o-ring. And from the ssr I'd read anywhere, maybe here in the forum, that under hot conditions they can leak. Please correct if I'm wrong.
The price for the bikers here in Thailand is 1,100 Baht what's app. 35 USD (you have to add shipping cost).
You can look here: http://www.bikers.co.th/accessories/...3&storeid=1412
