Is it normal for group rides to start 10ish, it just seems kind of late to an early guy like me.

It looks like a fun route and I'm sure I'm hit a few of those roads in my truck going to races. Plus with the 10am meet time that will give me time to go do mines road and mt. hamilton on the way there. I'll probably go do Palomares and redwood on my way home if time permits.

Won't there be alot of cars heading to the coast out there at that time?

I would say 10ish is normal. That would be my preferred time to go for a ride

Well to honest I've never just taken my motorcycle out for a ride to simply ride it, I only use it to commute from point A to B. I start work at 5:00am everyday so I'm an early rise kind of guy. When I take the 250 out to a trail running race in Stinson beach, or Santa Cruz for example I'm arriving on the coast at 7:00am so I leave my house at 6:00. I have a lot of fun in the coastal mountain on the way there because I almost have the road all to myself. Most of our road bicycle rides will start at 8:00am if we're commuting out to the meeting point. I'd say 8:00am would be a good time but hey what the hell would I know after all I'm still the noob here right

@rojoracing53 Yes, but I may need to leave early depending on when we go KSU. Hopefully we leave on time.

@Jiggles I am planning to meet up at the Saratoga 76 station and not at Starbucks.

Kick Stands Up.

Don't worry about the Starbucks, we will be meeting at the 76 station in Saratoga.

That sucks, hopefully the rider is OK.

Sean you are quite vocal on the forums yet seem kind of quiet when I met you today. Are you an E-thug?

LOL I bet that's what you told Thor before you dropped the soap. I'm just kidding, it was great meeting you today. I never did meet the guy with the tail box, but I did meet a streetfightered pregen owner with sport demons. I scrapped peg for the first time when I went off from the group down La Honda. Scared the crap outta me. Otherwise a fun ride. Cheers.

Interesting in a good way I hope :lol

Sorry @Lychee I was there early(9:50) because I got arrested on the way there so while I was cuffed in the back seat for like 30mins I decided I'd have to skip mine and hamilton and just shoot strait over if I was going to make it in time. I think I saw you pull up if you were on the blue bike but never made it over to say hi. I spent most the day up front with Big-B and after the first pit stop the pre-gen street fighter(Troy) was up with us the rest of the day, a very good rider with smooth lines. Troy and I had a lot of fun ringing the necks of our bikes while keeping pace with Brian and group 1

I had no idea there would be so many guys I was a little shell shocked but after everyone started letting there riding talk I loosened up. I was in the full one piece mostly Blue custom leathers, kinda hard to miss but I only told you guys what I was riding so how could you know.

I scanning the GoPro clips now and I post what's good.

the BARF mellow group ride's are usually always good, I started my first group ridings w/ some of the originals of this group.

I'd like to join but I'll be doing a smaller group ride with some buddies. Ride safe

I definitely don't feel like its a mellow ride but I guess I'm just a n00b.

It's right at my skill level though so I love it

I don't either, it's just title friendly.

I usually ride in the first group with BigB and it's perfect.. not too fast nor slow.
