The Carb Shim

I can't say enough good things about it. I shimmed in the winter, and finally had a chance to test today. It's incredible how much more usable the bike feels. Throttle is smooth without any flat spots, even from just barely warmed up.

I didn't even realize how bad it was until today, so before you trade your ninja for something with FI, try it!

I did mine recently and I'm enjoying the results. God bless whoever came up with the idea
I was also pleasantly surprised to find out my mileage didn't take as high a hit as I had expected, I got 210 miles from a tankful last week (first tank since shimming i.e.), which is ubberishly awesome.

One of the founding members of the site (but now gone) Kkim was a huge proponent of it. I just got lazy and waited 3 years before I did it
