yes you can still ride it, but you're likely going to have fork oil run down and get on:
  • Front Rotor
  • Brake pads
  • fender
  • chin fairing

That's what happened to mine. The brakes got a little weak, and I had to buy new pads and have the shop clean my rotor once the seals were fixed.

You can... but fix it ASAP. Eventually the fork oil level will drop, and your damping will go to ****, which eventually will cause your bike to have a really soft pogo stick feeling on the forks, which not only sucks but is dangerous. You need the suspension to soak up bumps and cracks and return back to a stable state, and just when you need it most, it may let you down. You can make it home but be careful.

The better option: make the dealer fix that ****! They broke it, they fix it!

Have the dealer do it.
