2000 ninja 250 project/parts 600obo

I bought this bike from a young guy in Morro Bay Ca turns out he lied and the motor needs a rod bearing replaced. I have a completely cleaned the carburetors, I have Brand new brakes pads from Central Coast Mechanics, new uninstalled base gasket and head gasket. there are nearly new Perelli MT75 tires on it. there is a small dent in the tank and the upper fairing is cracked but repairable. I had bought this project planning on teaching my girlfriend how to ride and then selling it for about 1400 but I have to free up some money or drop out of college and move back to my parents house.. I know these ninja 250's very well, I put over 16k on my first one, streetfightered it out and sold it to a new ridder. I am honest and just need money.. I will throw in all the ninja parts I have, a used but good clutch, rear fairing, bottom fairing, mirror airbox.. there is more.
My name is Patrick give me a call soon I am leaving San Luis Obispo on Thursday but I could probably have my girlfriend show it. I have the pink in hand on non-op

$400 bucks and it is yours! also willing to part it out if anyone needs some goodies let me know. Also selling a '91 DR650 with 24k miles for 850

the upper fairing does have a crack in it and is in two pieces...
