Carb cleaning...Engine revving High

Hello,

I just finished cleaning my carbs for the first time, actually second due to my own brain fart. Didn't actually put the pins thru the floats the first time, dumped fuel everywhere. This time I have it all buttoned up and she starts but she rev's at 5k rpm as an idle. While doing the removal I tried to keep the throttle cables at the same setting but failed, could this be it? and how to adjust? Or do I need to do something else.

How far did you change the cables?

Not sure. The bolts loose swinging around as I was working on bike.
