PA has it in legislation you can customize a bike to street, and emissions here are pretty lax so it might be possible.

I guess you could swap engine into sumo frame, might be easiest thing to do but still have to figure out how to wire up battery? all that jazz as the MX bike is going to be bare bones when it comes to electrical stuff. Then figure out how to get head pipe to fit?

Would be ultimate hooligan bike though

@kdogg2077 less the scope and base, he didn't take it anyway, it would have been worth it if he did. The bike is easily worth more and more rare. I can always build a new rifle.
