Since this thread came back from the the dead, I thought I'd might as well tell the group here what has joined my Ducati in the garage. A 2011 BMW 135 with DCT transmission to allow for (almost) true manual experience for me, and "normal" auto for my wife when I'm on the bike. Done some minor mods already and very happy with it.
The Duck and the Bimmer are now sharing commuting duties and I can honestly say I have the best of both worlds. That little 135 is an absolut hoot and probably one of the purest BMWs currently out there. On weekends, it's now either canyon ride by myself on the bike, or canyon drive with the family in the little bulldog. |

So I picked up my new zed (zee) 2 weekends ago. Sold my project to a mate and parted out my old red one (still have most of it in the shed).
Anyway, new one is 500hp, has gone 11.3 @ 124mph. Drives around like a standard car in traffic. |
