Looks like what I had on my BMX bike as a kid.

protaper is a brand, and it's a pad that goes on the handlebars to help soften the roosters/faceplants

A*'s SP2. They are great for the money. Just wish the palms were designed with a palm slider or at least one large leather piece on the palm.

What Alex said. But since I'm not doing any crazy jumps, it just does a nice job of hiding the crossbar. Also a great way to hide my speedometer.

Thanks for being honest. I try to when it's safe. But passing with the 250 can be a bit sketchy. I feel like an ass when the bike just slowly crawls past people in a no passing area. Haha.

I do! Trust me. But it still takes longer than I'd like to pass folks. The SV650 has spoiled me. You just roll on and you are hauling ass. I can roll on in 6th and it'd still pass quicker than a 250. Haha.

Yeah I know that feeling from the fz6r...

300 is better there..but still highway speed passing power is lacking, but it works good for anything under 55.
