If I had to guess, I'd say the noise is coming from the cam chain, which would be a tensioner problem.

the ticking does sound like the cam chain the heavier noise that is with the clutch is the clutch basket. mine has the same noise on the clutch basket been there for years once your on it and riding you'll never notice it.

Is it hard to get the tension tightened?

Based on the sound from the video and the fact you stated the noise is reduced when you pull the clutch lever, I think your clutch basket has some wear. Assuming that you are not experiencing a loss of power, I would not be too concerned. There is not much I can tell from my laptop in my kitchen but that would be my best guess with the evidence provided. You could easily pull the clutch cover and inspect the clutch basket to see if there is any notching in the basket or "mushrooming" of the friction plate tabs. A fresh oil change and assuring that the oil level is correct may reduce the noise or eliminate it completely. Of corse there is no replacement for the opinion of an experienced motorcycle mechanic looking at the issue first hand to be sure there are no potentially dangerous issues.

Good Luck
