Lol, there's a guy around here that commutes in his lambo, I've only seen him in it going to the gym.

He's probably hitting on every girl he sees at the gym in the hopes of showing her his car

Or meeting guys... who knows.

I find it funny that we instantly jump to the conclusion that everyone else rides a gixxer 1000. There are so many options of motorcycle for the public that fill riding niches a lot of them much better than the ninjette.

Our 250 is a cult like motorcycle. The riders generally have an irrational love for the bike. That's cool. But why do we want to ride anything else? Same reasons why not everyone drives a civic sedan or a Toyota Camry.
^^This.

The 250 is just like any small car... Economic, potential for fun, great on gas and cheap insurance... Does anyone *need* a bigger bike/car? Not for the most part. But doesn't mean I don't *want* bigger/better/nicer/faster/ vehicles...

Every time I think about "upgrading" to a bigger bike, I ride the 250 and you know what, it does everything I need it to do. It gets me from point A to point B and gets great gas mileage. I don't need to be going 140 MPH, I don't need to go 0-60 in 3 seconds... Would I? Sure! But I don't *need* to...

At some point, I'm sure I'll get a bigger bike, but for now, I am happy with my 250...

I still need to convince someone to let me ride their street tard. A motard and a 600 would cover a lot of bases for me.

@massacremasses how would you compare the drz400sm to the 250. I don't care if it doesn't seem fair. Lol.

Ya know that's really a win-win situation regardless what shape the lambo driver is in.

If he's fit: 'hey babeh, I'm a finely tuned machine, just like my lambo'

If he's fat: 'hey babeh, I maybe tubby, but I got me a lambo'

No you're driving the civic with the bike racks and storage on the roof beating up on the gutted interiors and moton coil overs lol.

Or even if you do! 100% of the time I ride 2-wheels, I love it, whether I'm commuting or not. It's always pleasure.

I voted 25-75%, my commutes are short. When I ride for fun I tend to go on longer rides.

very different. I ended up getting rid of it because I couldn't ride it on the freeway comfortably. Granted, if I could have had both the 636 and the DRZ i would have. The DRZ was a lot of fun though. I liked it over the 250. It was just kind of heavy and under powered in my opinion. Id like to get a KTM 690 SMC
