ticket 10/9/12, dismissed 6/13/13...woohoo!...

just got back from court...i was like the 10th person called by the judge with no officer showing up...chp must have been too busy...yeah!!!...out of 50, i am thinking almost half of the tickets would be dismissed that way...

but i was ready just in case...i had a diagram and a couple of photos to argue my case...and i honestly think i had a good chance of winning...

so 2 out of 2 and one more to go...yeah i have good reasons to fight them...

guys and gals, fight them tickets...

Did you put any extensions on it or anything to make it more likely the officer didn't show up? I did trial by declaration and was denied so I have a court date set for the 24th, I figure that's a date the officer and many of his other citations are supposed to be in court so I'm trying to see if I can extend again but didn't have an option when I got my new date.

trailerboy, yes i extended and then i tried TBWD but i think they just say guilty most of the time...i got another court date after that...then no more extension...

this process from ticket to dismissal took almost eight months...by that time the officer might not remember certain facts...good luck...

I got my ticket in February 2012 hahah. But I don't really know what argument to make to the judge. "He's a mean man and I hate him and therefore I'm innocent."
