xena brake disc lock with alarm

i went looking for a brake disc lock so when i park my bike at work its out in a parking lot kinda far away from the building and just wanted a little more security, so cycle gear had a brake lock with a alarm built in, made by xena, it was $75 but its a cool lock, once on the brake disc and locked it gives a short beep letting you know its armed, if the bike gets moved or even stood straight up, it lets off a 10sec chirp to let you know to either unlock it or to the thieves trying to steal it something is up..lol! and a LOUD alarm sounds, says 120db.. they even threw in a free $30 cable to lock the bike up to a pole or something and it locks to the brake lock, supposedly its a online promotion cause i think its a new lock or something but he gave it to me in the store. anyway thought id share. perfect if your looking for alarm, this may be a nice alternative.. takes a small lithium battery like a mini AA , says lasts about 8mos. http://www.xenasecurity.com/product/...s/alarm/page1/

i think the cable is to put on your handle bar so you dont forget you have the lock on. :S

Lol it shows it wrapping around a pole and the bike and even the bike your helmet then a pole
