I sold my soul for a Honda CB1000R.

Well folks, as I said I would, I traded my ninj off for a new CB1000R. I'll still be lurking, and posting here and there. But I did find a CB1000R forum with a bunch of friendly folk. So I'll be amongst those two.

I rode the ninj to trade it in, and rode this puppy home, in the rain and fog. Lol. Hell of a first ride, huh?

I'm still pretty new to bikes, but in all honesty, I prefer the look of the 250 over that.

No offense.

I was sitting more upright, not having to really twist the throttle hard to keep up in the wind and rain. I was able to accelerate without jerks or the bike coughing (my ninja did that a lot when it was less then favorable conditions outside). I noticed the bike was more nimble, and easier to maneuver. I was higher up. Overall it's just a whole different experience.

None taken. We all have our own preferences. If we all liked the same things, the world would be no fun.

Stomp doesn't make a set of grips for it yet, but I talked to their customer relations group, and they're going to send me a set for a KTM Supermoto, and I get to be a guinea pig and help them come up with ideas for designing. So that's first, and cool.

Next will be frame sliders and a yoshi fender eliminator kit. The list will get longer with time, I'm sure
