Taller windscreen for pre-gen

Hi! I've got a 2004 250r that seems to have been taken over by my wife...lol. Is there anyone making a taller windscreen for the pre-gens anymore?? All I'm finding are ones for the new style bike.

Looks great, looks like you added the flip like I did. What size did you get? What's your review of it?

@Ghostt, what size do you have?

NVM I saw you had posted on your blog it's the 18", but now a better question: how tall are you? Looking to see if the 18" is tall enough for me..

@Roark

From my write-up/blog

7 jurock touring windscreen review

Quote:
I ordered the 18" in dark smoke(73% tint) and I asked if they could add a flip to it, Sonia said yes, I also told her I'm a tall person(6'3"/with a 34" inseam) and can they make the flip more aggressive, she said yes as well. So I placed my order and waited like a kid waiting on Santa Claus for FedEx to show up.

18" is the tallest they offer, they start @12", but I suppose they will make it bigger if you ask nicely, like I did for aggressive flip to be added.

The quality is outstanding of the windscreen, and after a year + it still looks great.

Do you have bar risers, and what is your seating position like? (How is the top of the windscreen compared to your eye level)

I actually lowered my bars How to lower your bars...., but I have long arms, so I find it more comfortable for myself, I also installed a set of drop foot pegs to make my legs fit the bike better, now my knees fit the tank perfectly being 6'3" with a 34" inseam the pegs drop down and back.

The windscreen doesn't interfere with my vision, well below as a matter of fact. The OEM windscreen is 11.5", and being 18" tall now, but one must remember it's on an angle, so it's not as tall as you would think.

I have clipons, stock pegs, and I'm 5’ 10", I'm in the middle of body work, so I don't know the exact figment, but I'm kinda worried about if I will be able to see over my stock height black windscreen. You are ~5" taller than me, your windscreen should be 6" taller, but having short arms and same height or lower bars, I have a little more confidence, but when tucking its gonna be close.

I ordered the 18 with the flip on it , and love it at 5 ft 11 in it does the job perfect , at high speeds over 65 mph no problem that you can't get adjusted too , on the East Texas back rounds whena truck comes in the opposite direction you have to be prepared for the wind blast but it is a easy adjustment to get used to
