Hey, just ran across this site while doing some research on my 06 250 and thought I should join!
Planning on touring from Georgia to California sometime soon, so any help would be appreciated!

I tuned it back to 120 seconds from initial post to encourage the illusion. At this point I'm happy to put it back to 1 second if you like?

(nah, I always find it entertaining to watch battles between people and machines. Kind of like when my mother is in our car and argues with the navigation system.)

I don't know which one wins, but I definitely know which one gets more frustrated with the exchange, and it isn't the nav system.

Sorry Alex! But you did say it on another thread....

(I argue with Zumo (my GPS unit) all the time... I think he does it just to spite me. He argued with Phil and he about threw Zumo out the window!)

Welcome to the forum Chris and don't mind the children arguing between each other. They keep themselves entertained that way.

Enjoy the group, the friendship, all the information that is available, and even some advice - even if you don't ask for it.

When are you planning your trip? Traveling alone?

if you are serious, there are forum members along the way that would most likely help in some way if you define your route in date and time.

indeed, what kkim said.

someone post this man a link to the map of all of the forum members!

Chris, when you plan on making this trip, obviously post a thread about it and also show from google maps the roads you will be taking. I am very interested in seeing how much endurance a rider/the ninjette can go through.

This is the rough route as of now. It may change a little as I come closer to the deadline.

hehe, I'm sure it'll start hurting after few hours.

and here's the new possible route. This will add 2 more days to the trip...but less torture on my body and the bike.
